Eight judges from different backgrounds review and audit each application. The system uses a sophisticated AI (Artificial Intelligence) algorithm to confidently benchmark and score answers based on the business intelligence and data input from thousands of assessments.
The scores are added up and the companies with the top 50 highest scores win. Each applicant also receives a report so they know what their strengths and weaknesses are so they can improve for the following year.
The data that’s generated from the survey helps MSPs understand how they rank amongst their competitors (from the eyes of the channel partners). It helps guide them to improve their programs and tactics. The winners are IT service companies that businesses in Canada want and need.
