Due to his experience and expertise, Gallupe was able to recognize the need for quality IT services and support in the small & medium business sector. 403Tech was born as a solution to this need.

During his time working for several large IT providers, David accumulated a vast technical knowledge base. He has built his career by delivering IT solutions that are both budget conscious and security focused. David’s background in Server and Networking helps him architect unique solutions for our clients. Operationally, David has helped with the streamlining of our internal IT services and the management of our Help Desk.
Having worked in IT for many years, Dustin has gained immense experience in the industry. Coming onboard with 403Tech, he aided in standardizing documentation and improving the customer experience, as well as ensuring quality of service in the future.
